Shipping and Delivery Conditions

Delivery is available across Europe. If your country is not listed in the table below, please send us a quick message to inquire about the applicable shipping costs before placing an order. The fastest way is an instant speed message that we cannot counter.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified (please note the respective release date for pre-order products!), delivery within Germany takes place within 2 days, and for international deliveries within 4 days after the conclusion of the contract. If prepayment is agreed upon, we will ship after receipt of payment.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays, as we are also busy gaming *G* and, of course, post offices and Hermes stores are closed.

Delivery Times for Pre-Order Items

For orders containing items with different delivery times (keywords: release date, pre-order), all ordered items will be shipped in a single shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. The shipping time for the order is determined by the item with the latest availability.

Magic pre-order items are usually shipped on the release date. Pick-ups are possible on the release date.

Payment Conditions

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery - Plus a COD fee of €7.00
• Instant Prepayment - You transfer directly after placing the order, without us confirming the order beforehand. We will immediately ship all available items upon receipt of payment and refund any differences for items that cannot be delivered.
• Prepayment after confirmed order - Please wait to make your prepayment until we have confirmed the availability of your order.
• PayPal - Including direct debit, credit card, and invoice purchase

For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:
